In 2025, +COMUNITAT celebrates 10 years of activity — a decade during which we have grown and evolved as a company, always staying true to our core values of proximity, transparency, and social commitment.
The project began in 2015, initially focused on property management, but we soon expanded to also offer real estate sales and rental services, and later, tourist rental management.
Over these ten years, we have consolidated a management model based on trust, efficiency, and transparency, serving hundreds of clients with personalised attention and a strong service-oriented mindset. Furthermore, we have ensured that our growth goes hand in hand with a real social commitment, taking part in local initiatives, promoting responsible practices, and collaborating with community organisations.
This commitment is part of our DNA, and we set ourselves the challenge of continuing to strengthen it in the future, bringing value not only to our sector, but also to society as a whole.
