That is why we embrace our social responsibility through concrete actions that contribute to the improvement of society and the environment. We are committed to sustainability, inclusion, and support for social initiatives that help build a fairer and more balanced future.
We develop our Corporate Social Responsibility through various projects that promote employment integration, sustainability, and collaboration with social organisations.
Collaboration with social projects
We are aware of the importance of the associative fabric. One of our collaborations is with Junts i Endavant, an association of parents of people with disabilities from Pla de l'Estany. This organization works to offer support to families and foster the social inclusion and personal development of these individuals through various projects.
Sustainable logistics
In our Banyoles office, we are committed to eco-friendly courier services. Thanks to the company "A roda", all letters are delivered by bicycle, thereby reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable mobility.
Joint work with social entities
We collaborate with various social entities that provide essential services to our homeowners' associations:
Fundació Els Joncs: This entity promotes the labor inclusion of young people with intellectual disabilities and, through this collaboration, they take care of cleaning the parking lots in some of our communities.
Centre El Puig: This organization promotes the employment integration of people with disabilities, offering cleaning services to homeowners' associations.

At +COMUNITAT, we believe in young talent and the importance of providing opportunities to students in training. For this reason, we participate in internship and employment integration programs so that young people can gain experience in our sector and broaden their professional perspectives, as well as join the company once their internships are completed, entering the professional world directly.
Management of communities in vulnerable areas
We manage communities located in areas with economic difficulties, offering professional and transparent administration that guarantees better maintenance and harmonious coexistence. We believe that access to quality management should not be a privilege, but a right for all neighborhood communities.
Support for cultural and charitable organizations
Every year, we collaborate with the Circus Arts Foundation, making it possible for 20 children to enjoy a unique show. In this way, we contribute to cultural access for groups that, otherwise, would hardly be able to live this experience.

We want to make it clear that the actions we are carrying out today are just the beginning of a commitment that we wish to continue expanding through new initiatives and collaborations.
